When you arrive in Winter Park, you'll know it. It's hard to miss the awe-inspiring views of the Continental Divide.
Even more difficult is believing you're just 67 miles from Denver. As you descend Berthoud Pass into the Fraser Valley below, you'll feel
you're entering a whole different world. And really, you are.
2007-08 marks Winter Park's 69th season - it's the oldest continually operated ski resort in Colorado, consistently favored
with more snow than any other destination resort in the state. Recent on-mountain capital improvements - new/upgraded lifts, newly opened terrain, and
upgraded facilities - make your visit to Winter Park that much better.
There's an authentic mountain town with shopping, dining, and a variety of activities
where you'll soon understand why the locals have a reputation for being so friendly and happy.
Winter Park is as Colorado as you can get, presenting the perfect combination of superb snow, scenic wonder, and welcoming atmosphere. |

 |
| Winter Park - Pure winter fun. It's as simple as that. Traditional groomed cruisers.
Challenging mogul runs. And a total of 14 acres dedicated to Learn-to-Ski-and-Snowboard. |
| Mary Jane - No Pain, No Jane! Consistently rated the best bumps in North America.
According to Skiing Magazine and anyone else who's skied here. Steep, deep and relentless, that's Mary Jane. |
| Vasquez Cirque - Not for the faint of heart. Expert only, extreme backcountry terrain.
Even pros squirm at some of these cornices. Powder. Trees. Rock drops. And all the adrenaline you can pump. |
| Vasquez Ridge - Almost like owning a private mountain. You'll enjoy a couple hundred
acres of wide open cruisers and exciting bumps all to yourself. Even days after a storm, you'll still be making fresh tracks. |
| Parsenn Bowl - Above the tree line but not above your ability. One of the few bowls
intermediates can also enjoy. Hard to say what takes your breath away most, the views of the Rockies or the endless runs. |
| Rail Yard Terrain Park - Three terrain parks offer a natural progression for freeriders of
all levels. Plus the Superpipe, located on the face of Allan Phipps, 450-feet long with 18-foot walls, and an adjacent half-pipe. |
