Join us in Breckenridge...
A quaint, colorful, historic mining town combining charming Victorian architecture with fun-filled Western swagger, Breckenridge is known as one of North America's top winter sports hotspots, offering an unforgettable Rocky Mountain experience.
It might seem impossible to raise the bar any higher at Breckenridge Ski Resort after last year's record snow -- but the 2011/2012 season promises to reach new heights as the resort celebrates its 50th birthday. Breckenridge is owned by Vail Resorts, which also operates Vail, Beaver Creek and Keystone. Breckenridge boasts 4 huge peaks with slopes for all abilities and interests. Beginner and intermediate runs are groomed nightly, so you can have endless turns throughout your day. Ride North America's highest chairlift, the Imperial Express, up to the high alpine bowls for unforgettable views.
Off-slope, explore the numerous shops and restaurants lining vibrant Main Street, take a horse-drawn sleigh ride, rent a snowmobile or enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ice-skating nearby. It's easy to get around on the free trolly and shuttle service throughout Summit County.
The perfect mountain, located in the perfect mountain town. At Breckenridge, there's something for everyone!
